Since 2014
Since 2014, we have extended our support to vulnerable people across Uganda, from agripreneuers, youth leaders, vocational skills, children literacy to women rising.
Youth
Over 684 Youth equipped with vocational skills to join the labor force.
Children
961 vulnerable children have participated in reading, writing and play sessions.
Women
Over 78 women trained with art, craft and entreprenuership skills, now actively supporting their families economically.
Healthcare
With only 10 monthly community care clinics in 2019, over 500 people reached with preventive healthcare, 418 children. The Youth Health Ambassadors reached 1010 people with SRHR knowledge and information.
Education
We are in partnership with 6 primary schools, delivering Literacy for Life sessions to 391 children every week.
Youth Leadership
2000+ Mastercard Foundation Scholars at BRAC Uganda, trained in leadership skills. 35 volunteers trained in workplace skills, 25 youth leaders from across Africa, trained in non-profit leadership skills.
