Mental Health Writing Challenge 2024
Mental health is a crucial aspect of our overall well-being. It is important to recognize that mental health issues are not a sign of weakness, and that seeking help is a sign of strength. The stigma surrounding mental health today can be a barrier to seeking help, which is why it is important to raise awareness and promote open conversations about mental health in our society.
The writing competition is an excellent opportunity to encourage young people to think critically about mental health and to share their thoughts and experiences. By participating in this competition, you can help to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and promote a more open and accepting society!
For this competition, with a maximum of 500 words only, you are required to write an essay talking about the importance of mental health in your country. Please include details explicit to only mental health.
